I also rented a car during this time and would have to say that my interactions with the Hertz dealer were not as lovely as the rest of my experience. He most often was away from his counter leaving me to wait 15-20 minutes at a time to talk to him and didn't have nearly the same level of customer service as the rest of your dealership. We feel we got the best of the deal with a purchase, and included the Fidelity Warranty and Gap Insurance, as well as the Auto Butler treaatment (yet to be applied). The whole package came in a little over our lease budget, but the advantages of purchase made the trade-off an easy decision.
