No communication. Said truck would be done day of, didn’t hear back for more than 24 hours. Called multiple times, just sent to voicemail. Also, when scheduling appt, they would call back and say that it wasn’t available anymore. This happened multiple times. Frustrated due to my busy schedule, it is hard to reschedule once cancelled. Just disappointing in the overall service from the service department and customer service. When I first bought the truck, I was very happy with my experience. But, now I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do business with this particular location due to the lack of customer service, communication, and lack of urgency.

Good overall experience. One small snafu - I did drop the car off on a Friday, and did not get an update until Monday morning - despite my attempts at calling service Friday afternoon. I just needed to know if I was going to have use of my vehicle over the weekend. I also called in Saturday and whoever answered the phone (probably sales) put me into service voice mail. I called back a little later and the salesperson who answered had the decency to tell me service is closed on the weekends - so I got my answer that my car was not going to be ready until Monday.

It took a week to get my vehicle serviced. When I came to pick it up, I stopped to fill it up with gas when I did. Gas poured all over the Service station deck and under my vehicle because the technician had not connected the fill line hose after dropping the gas tank for a new pressure sensor Unbelievable is the only way I can describe it! That technician should be fired!!! What a liability you created for me and your dealership. Thank God, I was able to drive it back. The service station attendance were not very happy nor am I. I will never return to this dealership and I will do nothing but give you bad reviews on yelp and next-door

I had set up an oil change appointment for 7:30am.. We did not leave from there until 10am. No shuttle was available so I had to have someone stay there so they can bring my car back home and had to find a ride to work.. Very inconvenient.. If I didn't have people to help me out, I would had to seat there for 2 1/2 hours and that would had cost me money (missing time from work) as I would have been very late to work.. As is, I had to pay for my ride to work, which moving forward, it would cost me less to just take it elsewhere.

They charged us $600 without even telling us that it would cost that much to just look at the car! They wouldn't release the car until we paid them. They should have called and let us know how much it was going to cost before just charging us! We will never go to them again!

The entire team helped out with the purchase of my new Suburban. There were several people, Jenny Pineda, Dino, Effron, and Elmer all were amazing! Loved how they worked together as a team and stepped in when one person was out. They also had great inventory which is the biggest reason I chose a Suburban over a similarly sized SUV/different brand. They were not pushy but allowed me the time to make a decision. They also were extremely organized and had all of the paperwork ready for me to sign when I was ready to purchase. Overall, a great experience!

Work was done promptly, although tire pressures afterwards were 40, 37, 37, 37 when the manual calls for 38 psi in each tire. I had called ahead and scheduled an 8AM waiting appointment and was on time for the appointment. It took 2.5 hours to change the wiper blades and rotate the tires with no estimate of time it would take given to me, and no statusing of progress during the 2.5 hrs.

Jason was friendly and knowledgeable. I had made an appt online but; it “wasn’t pulling through to his system” so he didn’t have record of my appt. For that morning or the services I had requested. We were able to sort it out though and, most importantly, he was still able to accommodate me. Fortunately, another person he was speaking with was able to see I had made the appt. I came to Boardwalk after having done all my prior service since buying my 2022 Corvette at Steven’s Creek. I was leaving Stevens Creek to try someone new because the service level and experience at Steven’s Creek had gone considerably down hill in the last year or two. Staff turnover and maybe even some ownership or management changes had made it no longer worth my loyalty and the drive from Belmont. I was hoping for a better experience though at Boardwalk. I had made the appt as a “waiter”, which Jason had acknowledged, for an oil and filter change, an air filter change and a cabin filter change. Seems to me that should be a waitable set of set of services. When I was told the estimate was two hours, I was surprised. Ended up though taking even longer, nearly four hours.in fairness, because the appt hadn’t come through online when setting up, I had to remind Jason about the air filter as well later in the process. But still, I just don’t get why that still took nearly four hours. . What in the world is happening back in that service shop for that to be a four hour job? Came then to $500+ dollars at check out. And, upon leaving, I noted the technician had over inflated the tires above the 30 recommended PSI on the door well. Maybe I am just expecting too much these days. I used to be willing to pay a little more for a notably higher quality of skill and service at the dealer for my vehicles; but, lately my experience at both Steven’s Creek and now Boardwalk has just left me challenging that. Reality is, the service is not better and the cost is exorbitant. I do appreciate Kason was able to help me with how to reboot my audio system which Boardwalk had not been able to do; but, still going to be rethinking my scheduled maintenance approach again after this.

Careful explanation of the problem (I had some difficulty grasping the fact that the word 'battery' could refer to two different things!), and kind encouragement to go ahead and replace the one that might (or might not) be failing.
